Patrice Willoughby leverages her experience on Capitol Hill and in the Executive Branch to work on behalf of technology clients focused on financial services, autonomous vehicles, and the contingent workforce. She provides strategic business advice and helps clients develop and execute their Administration and congressional outreach plans.

Patrice served in the Obama Administration as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Policy in the General Services Administration’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she focused on federal contracting, the federal real estate portfolio, and small business policy. She was executive director of the 42-member Congressional Black Caucus and also worked for nine years in the office of the late Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-OH), including five years as chief of staff and counsel.
