Kelly Weiner founded her boutique firm in 2013 after spending nearly 10 years at Big Law. She counsels clients in general business matters, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, and intellectual property. She works with tech startups where she frequently breaks down legal issues for busy founders. She frequently works with women-owned businesses and supports organizations such as mBolden (formerly Women in Wireless). Prior to forming the firm, she practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Nixon Peabody LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1999 and her JD from Emory University School of Law in 2004.
