Kimberlee Weatherall is professor of law at the University of Sydney, specialising in intellectual property law and its relationships with trade and technology. She is a member of the Australian Computer Society's Technical Advisory Board on AI and ethics, an author of the research report Digital Rights in Australia, and a long-standing participant in policy debates around IP, trade, and technology.
