Free Speech Intellectual Property International Policy Law Legislation Policy

Prior to working with the Internet Archive, Kerry was a policy strategist at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and a Policy Fellow at Public Knowledge, where she focused largely on copyright and patent law, freedom of speech, inquiry, and expression, as well as international trade, net neutrality and broadband privacy. She has her J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she focused on intellectual property, first amendment law, and criminal procedure. She also completed a semester as a visiting student at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford, where she concentrated on international and comparative intellectual property law and media law.
