Rebecca is an acquisition innovator, public health advocate, and all around tech enthusiast. She currently works at the Technology Transformation Services, Office of Acquisition, a civic consultancy within the General Services Administration that helps other federal agencies build, buy, and share efficient and easy-to-use digital services. She is a Product Manager helping agencies buy tech better and transform their offices by using agile methodologies, human centered design, transparency and open-source software. Her background includes Peace Corps Guinea, anti-human trafficking advocacy, and a love of international relations.
