Katherine Radeka helps innovators get their best ideas to market faster. She has worked with industry-leading companies including Whirlpool, Steelcase, Keurig Green Mountain, Johnson & Johnson, Sunpower, Kimberly Clark and others in industries ranging from pharma and biotech to metallurgy, green energy and consumer products. She has clients in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the European Union.

Her first book, The Mastery of Innovation: A Field Guide to Lean Product Development won the Shingo Research Award in 2014. Her second book is The Shortest Distance Between You and Your New Product: How Innovators Use Rapid Learning Cycles to Get Their Best Ideas to Market Faster. This book is already in its second edition.

In 2019, she will release her 3rd book, High Velocity Innovation: How to Get Your Best Ideas to Market Faster. This book will describe the full system Katherine has used to help teams get products launched faster, from strategy through execution.
