Charlotte leads financial services public policy in the Americas for Amazon Web Services, Amazon’s cloud services business. In her role, Charlotte sets public policy strategy and routinely engages with a range of public officials from finance ministers to central bank presidents to legislators to enable cloud adoption by financial services customers. Charlotte also collaborates with NGOs, think tanks, and foundations to raise awareness around how cloud services drive financial innovation and expand access to financial services, particularly in emerging markets.
Charlotte has over 14 years of professional experience spanning the public and private sectors. She previously served as a senior policy advisor to Senator Cory Booker and led his work on a range of economic issues including banking.
Charlotte is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
