Jasmine McNealy, JD, PhD is an associate professor at the University of Florida where she studies emerging technology with a view toward influencing law and policy. She is also a Faculty Associate at Harvard University's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and society and a Fellow at Stanford University's Digital Civil Society Lab. Her research has been published in both social science and law journals including, The First Amendment Law Review, Digital Journalism, and Communication Law & Policy. She is the current chair of the Communication Law & Policy Division of the International Communication Association.
