Nancy Libin is the Chair of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity practice at Jenner & Block, where she counsels clients on a range of legal and policy issues related to privacy and cybersecurity. She previously served as the Chief Privacy and Civil Liberties Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice and as Counsel to then-Senator Joe Biden on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where she worked on national security, privacy, internet policy, and cybersecurity issues. She is a co-chair of the Advisory Council to the Center for Democracy & Technology, and she is a member of the Council of Advisors on Privacy and Civil Liberties to Palantir Technologies. She received her J.D. from Georgetown and her A.B. from Harvard.
