Dr. Victoria E. Lee currently leads the World Economic Forum’s ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution for the Earth’ project at the intersection of technology, environment, and governance. She is based at the Forum’s Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco, CA.

Victoria is a scientist with experience in policy and international diplomacy around emerging technologies. She was previously Head of Science & Innovation for the British Consulate-General in San Francisco, leading work to build strategic relationships and inform UK policymaking. Victoria was a NOAA Climate & Global Change Fellow at Columbia University and an International Research Fellow at Oxford. She has a PhD from UC Berkeley in Earth and Planetary Science, and a Bachelor of Science from Yale.
