Andrea Landwehr

As an IT Management professional focused on all things Business Intelligence (BI) related, I started my career within Help Desk services and quickly moved into databases, and on to reporting & analytics. I enjoy working with all levels of the organization to establish a BI strategy that meets the needs of the business, and provides future scaling.

What draws me to BI is the reach within the organization and the ever-changing landscape. Data is used to make decisions related to finances, operations, process improvements, hiring and more. I find it exciting to work with many facets of the organization to bring together data and analytics to support them. I focus on the the needs of the organization first, and the technology to support second.

Outside of my passion for BI, I also am passionate about leadership and building my team. I enjoy working with my staff to provide them space and tools to grow their skills and move in their careers. Success to me comes from more than completed projects. It is about helping my team successfully move in their careers and continue to grow.
