Brittney Kohler is the Program Director of Transportation and Infrastructure for the National League of Cities, advocating on behalf of 19,000 cities, towns and villages across the U.S. With more than a decade of experience in infrastructure projects and policy, Ms. Kohler leads NLC’s federal advocacy efforts to strengthen and modernize our nation’s infrastructure in partnership with America’s cities. Her portfolio includes traditional transportation and emerging technology including autonomous vehicles, drones, shared transit, and micromobility. Prior to joining NLC, she worked at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Amtrak and the American Society of Civil Engineers, cultivating the widely cited Report Card for America’s Infrastructure as well as state, local and economic infrastructure reports. Ms. Kohler began her career working on strategic initiatives and public-private partnerships in the transportation, water and aviation industries as well as supported the launch of a Canadian-American private equity infrastructure investment fund.
