Lisa Hawke leads leads the security, privacy and compliance program at Everlaw, a legal technology company based in Berkeley, CA. She has spent over 12 years in regulatory compliance program development, documentation, and implementation, including all aspects of information security and user privacy.
Lisa is currently serving as a Board Member of Women in Security and Privacy (https://www.wisporg.com/wisp-leadership/). She is admitted to the bar in NY and MA and has a B.S. in Environmental Science. Her work has been featured on the a16z Podcast ("What to know about GDPR") and ITSP Magazine SMB Webinar Series, and published by Legaltech News, Bloomberg Law, the Ethikos Journal of Practical Business Ethics, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) Magazine.
