Kerstin Günther

Kerstin Günther is a former board chairperson and global digitalization, ICT and transformation executive with 26 years' experience. A German national, she has held a variety of leadership roles in Central and Eastern Europe with Deutsche Telekom, Slovak Telecom and Magyar Telekom. Kerstin Günther has earned the reputation of being an agile hands-on manager with a successful track record in large-scale transformations in complex multinational publicly listed organizations. As a non-executive director serving on corporate and non-profit boards, she contributes knowledge of German and European corporate governance, international accounting, risk management and compliance. Today Kerstin Günther is a member of various corporate and non-profit boards.
