Frances brings unique experience to her work as she has held global executive positions in sales, marketing, business development at IBM including being IBM’s first Chief Accessibility Officer.
Frances' expertise in digital inclusion strategy are highly sought-after. She has keynoted at the UN, testified before the US Senate and has spoken at major events such as Mobile World Congress, SXSW and the International Women’s Forum.
Frances was born in Taiwan, attended universities in Hong Kong and the US. She holds an Honorary Doctor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is married and has two adult sons. She currently resides in Newton, Massachusetts.
