Deana Fuller is a health information security subject matter expert with a passion for growing tomatoes & assisting organizations in strengthening their compliance programs through her real-world experience. After graduating from law school, she worked in the community health center space, providing training & implementation expertise in the areas of Meaningful Use & HIPAA/HITECH Deana has shared her experience as a speaker & teacher in healthcare law & privacy, where she supports the industry through knowledge transfer. Deana has led HITRUST certification projects to HIPAA & GDPR initiatives for provider organizations, technology firms, & law firms to achieve their compliance goals. To health organizations, her skills in managing health information systems are instrumental in providing program guidance across multiple specialties, such as healthcare, mental health, tribal, higher education, & academic health systems, in the strategy & implementation of compliance programs.
