I am an executive coach that helps female leaders in STEM become the best versions of themselves and the most inspiring and activist role models for future generations of women in STEM.
Trained in a number of psychology of coaching fields I am particularly interested in the argument of neurodiversity - especially the female mind. I am a champion of emotional intelligence and believe that we must invest in embedding more oxytocin and serotonin into our leadership teams, to ensure that our workplace cultures are fuelled with courage, curiosity, camaraderie and compassion, in order for businesses - and their employees - to thrive.
