Lindsay Crudele is a digital strategist focused on community impact; she founded and directed the City of Boston’s first digital engagement program, driving citywide digital engagement culture change and leading the program through major events including the Boston Marathon. A former journalist, she brings her storytelling abilities together with civic technology solutions to help design communication strategies that engage constituencies with policy-makers across sectors; she is the recipient of GovTech's Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers award, a James Beard Award (and second nomination) for her public radio work, and frequent keynote speaker. Today, she serves as Principal of Crudele Digital, a digital strategy consultancy.
