Krista Cox is an experienced attorney and public policy professional with broad expertise in intellectual property (patents, copyright, enforcement), technology, privacy, trade, antitrust and telecommunications. She leads policy initiatives for the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and performs in-house counsel duties. In addition to her work at ARL, her expertise is sought by UN organizations and international organizations to write in-depth reports and teach workshops. She is also an Adjunct Professor in Copyright Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Krista has numerous publications on the intersections of intellectual property, technology and trade and over 60 international speaking engagements.

Krista received her JD with honors from the University of Notre Dame and her BA from the UC Santa Barbara. She is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Federal Circuit and DC Circuit.
