Megan Brown

I advise on global technology and cyber challenges; manage government investigations, and help industries prepare for a connected future: 5G, Internet of Things. I am passionate about the role of government and helping companies shape the future of regulation. I am a former senior DOJ official, and have built a team of attorneys that help with policy formation, trade/export controls, incident response and disclosures, at agencies like DOJ, DHS, FTC, NIST, and in Congress.

I serve on the Board of the Women’s High Tech Coalition, a 501(c)(3) that brings women in tech together with policy makers. I serve on the Cybersecurity Leadership Council at the United States Chamber of Commerce. I regularly am invited to speak at global conferences, industry events, and policy forums in the U.S. and abroad, sponsored by the US Chamber, CTIA, ABA, RSA, Bloomberg, and others. I have appeared on CNN and other media and was recognized as a cyber “Trailblazer” by the National Law Journal.
