Miranda Bogen is a Senior Policy Analyst at Upturn, where she focuses on the implications of machine learning and artificial intelligence on civil and human rights, and the evolving role of technology platforms in society.
Miranda was a Google Policy Fellow at the Internet Education Foundation and the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee, and a Fellow at the Internet Law and Policy Foundry. Her academic research has focused on policy behavior of global technology companies and the evolution of corporate social responsibility in the digital age.
