Kellyn Blossom

Kellyn Blossom leads Public Policy at Thumbtack, focusing on advocating for the interests of small business professionals across the country. Prior to joining Thumbtack, Kellyn worked on public policy for Uber, forging partnerships with cities to provide increased mobility options and economy opportunities. Previously. Kellyn served in the Obama White House as the Associate Director of Intergovernmental Affairs, where she served as liaison for local governments across the country, leading efforts to implement the Affordable Care Act and support comprehensive immigration reform. She also served at the Department of Homeland Security as the Director of Public Engagement and Special Assistant to the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Before the Obama Administration, Kellyn worked on numerous political campaigns for governor, U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate. Kellyn holds degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and Brown University.
