Candice Blain, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Blain LLC—an Atlanta-based law firm representing victims of cyberbullying, cyber harassment, and cyberstalking.
At age 19, Ms. Blain was the victim of a violent sexual assault. She escaped her attacker by jumping through a closed second-story window, shattering the glass with her body.
Ms. Blain later graduated from Spelman College, an historically-black all girls school in Atlanta, and the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Article Editor of the school's Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Ms. Blain regularly writes and speaks about legal liability for gender-based and online abuse, with a focus on issues of cyberbullying and cyber harassment.
Ms. Blain served as on-air Legal Expert/Consultant for a docu-series pilot (major network) centering on stories of revenge porn and she has been quoted in numerous publications including Spin, Vice, Mogul, Brit + Co
