Diana Biggs is Head of Digital Innovation for HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management in UK & Europe, where she leads on areas including fintech partnerships, digital identity, and the use of emerging technologies. In addition to her role at HSBC, she is an SME for the Oxford Said Business School Blockchain Strategy Programme, a mentor at Gaza Sky Geeks, Katapult Impact, and Chain Accelerator, a member of the Use Cases Working Group of the EU Commission's European Blockchain Observatory and Forum, and a frequent speaker on digital finance, blockchain technology and financial inclusion.
