Cybersecurity International Policy Policy

As part of ARTICLE 19’s Digital Team, Collin is responsible for developing new models for assessing the human rights impacts of Internet infrastructure providers. She also leads engagement in ICANN, where she chairs the Cross-Community Working Party on ICANN and Human Rights. Prior to joining ARTICLE 19, Collin worked on policy issues related to digital sovereignty in France, and researched surveillance and privacy protection in Latin America. She holds an MA in Development Management from the Universidad de San Martín and an MA in Public Policy from Georgetown University, where she specialised in the multi-stakeholder model of Internet governance.
